IGORA ROYAL Highlifts is for clients who are base 7 & 8 and are looking to achieve a flawless neutral blonde or light blonde shade. This client is cautious about maintaining healthy hair and avoiding brassiness, so a specialist hair colour product is needed to remove brassy tones from blonde hair, whilst protecting against damage.
