It's a thick and rich, creamy water based formula which has an impressive mixing ability and gives heavenly performance as it sticks to the hair giving you ultimate control.
It correspondingly layers hair giving you awesome even coverage whilst providing radiant looking colour. It provides you with safe colouring results and is Ammonia free.
USAGE INSTRUCTIONS
Always mix Color Touch hair color with Color Touch Emulsion 1.9% or 4% in a 1:2 ratio and develop for up to 20 minutes. To neutralize oxidation residues and stabilize color, we recommend Wella Professionals Color Post Treatment.
